This policy describes how Airbrix Climate Solutions Sdn Bhd (Reg 1576428-P), trading as Airbrix, handles personal data under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). It applies to visitors of airbrix.bond and to anyone who books our aircon services.

1. What we collect

We collect only the data we need to deliver our service.

• Identifiers: name, phone, email, WhatsApp number, postal address.
• Service data: aircon brand and model, unit serial numbers, fault description, photos you choose to send, the job sheet we produce after the visit.
• Operational data: appointment time, technician assigned, parts fitted, refrigerant top-ups.
• Site data: pages visited, device type, referring URL, and cookies you have accepted via the consent banner.

2. Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries, schedule visits, do the work, invoice you correctly, and keep an honest service history we can use on the next call. We never resell your contact details and we don't send promotional email unless you opt in.

3. Who can see it

Inside the company: dispatcher, technician on the job, and the bookkeeper. Outside the company: the licensed accountant who files our annual returns, the courier service we use when posting service contracts, and tax authorities where required by law. No marketing platforms hold your data.

4. How long we keep it

Active customer records: while the relationship is active and for three years afterwards. Job sheets (model, serial, work done): five years, so we can prove warranty claims. Site analytics cookies: 12 months from your last visit.

5. Your rights under PDPA

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what data we hold about you;
• correct anything that's wrong;
• delete records that are no longer needed for legal or warranty reasons;
• stop using your contact details for non-essential communications.

6. Cookies

airbrix.bond uses a small set of functional and analytics cookies. You consent to optional cookies via the banner that appears on your first visit. You can change your preferences any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

7. Site security

The site runs over HTTPS. Form submissions are protected by a per-session security token. Personal data is stored on encrypted hard drives at our Cyberjaya office and is not held by third-party CRMs.

8. Children

Airbrix does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we've received data from a minor, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. For material changes, we'll also place a notice on the homepage for two weeks.
