We started Airbrix in 2017 because the aircon trade in Klang Valley had a transparency problem. Six years later, we're 22 technicians, 4 vans, and one promise: we tell you what's wrong before we touch anything.

Our story

From a single-van workshop to a Cyberjaya base.

Airbrix was founded by two ex-Acson service engineers who got tired of seeing customers oversold replacement units when a RM 200 capacitor would have done the job. We opened a tiny workshop in Cyberjaya with one second-hand van and a habit of writing everything down.

Today our team services around 6,200 units a year — homes, condo blocks, co-working spaces, small clinics — across the Klang Valley. Every single job still ends with a written sheet, photos of the work done, and a temperature reading at the louvre. No black-box invoices.

We pay our technicians a salary, not a commission per repair. That sounds boring, but it means nobody on our payroll has a reason to upsell you something your unit doesn't need.

What we hold ourselves to

Diagnose, then quote

Diagnosis fee is RM 60, written quote follows in two business hours. If you proceed, the RM 60 comes off the final bill.

Salaried, not commission

Our techs earn the same whether the job is RM 90 or RM 900. That removes the silent pressure to upsell.

Write it down

Every visit ends with a job sheet — model, serial, refrigerant levels, supply-air °C, parts fitted. Emailed within 24 hours.

If we miss, we come back

90-day workmanship cover. If something we did doesn't hold, we return at no cost — diesel and Sunday slots included.

Who we look after

Three kinds of building, one playbook.

Homes & condos

Bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen ductless units. Quiet bookings, drop sheets down, and we'll move the sofa back where we found it.

Small offices & shops

Co-working operators, dental clinics, F&B kiosks. We work outside opening hours and label everything for your incoming staff.

JMB / property managers

Block-level scheduled service, common-area split units, lobby cassettes. One invoice, batched billing, asset register kept current.
