Why a contract

The cheapest aircon fault is the one that gets caught early.

The water-stain on the ceiling that becomes a leak that becomes a damaged PCB always starts as a small drainage block at the chemical wash you skipped six months ago. Same for capacitor drift, blower imbalance, refrigerant slow-weep.

An Airbrix maintenance contract puts your units on a schedule, with a technician who knows your particular setup. Reminder call a week before the visit, slot confirmed, and the full unit history — model, serial, refrigerant figures, parts fitted — kept on file so we're never guessing.

Routine service per visit

Filter wash, fin spray, drain flush, supply-air °C check, refrigerant pressure read.

10% off chemical washes

When the annual deep clean is due, contract holders get a standing 10% discount.

Priority booking

Emergency slots reserved for contract customers — usually next-day, no premium fee.

Full unit history

Every model, serial, refrigerant level and part fitted on file. New technician knows your unit in two minutes.

Three contract shapes, no surprise renewals.

Pricing per unit. Annual, billed quarterly or half-yearly. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

Half-Yearly Home Plan

RM 150 / yr
per 1HP unit, two visits annually. Best for bedrooms used at night.

You have legacy units

R22 and old non-inverter units degrade faster. Scheduled service is the cheapest way to extend their life.
