FAQ — things callers usually ask first.

How often should my aircon be serviced in Malaysia?
For homes, every 3–4 months for a routine clean, plus a chemical wash once a year. For shoplots, kitchens or clinics, every 2 months — Malaysian humidity and dust mean the coil grime builds up faster than overseas climates.
What's the difference between a normal service and a chemical wash?
A normal service vacuums the filter, sprays the fins and clears the drain — useful between deep cleans. A chemical wash dismantles the indoor unit, soaks the coil and blower in a non-corrosive cleaner, and restores airflow that a brush can't reach. Roughly once every 12 months for most units.
Do you give a warranty on repair work?
Yes — 90 days on workmanship for any part we fit, and we honour the manufacturer warranty if your unit is still covered. We log the job sheet by serial number so the next visit has full history.
Which brands do you handle?
All common Malaysian brands — Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi (Electric & Heavy), Acson, York, Hitachi, Sharp, Samsung, LG, Midea. We carry standard spares for the first five on the van.
Do you cover Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Bangi and Kajang?
Yes — our base is in Cyberjaya so the southern Klang Valley is our shortest run. We also cover PJ, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Cheras, Puchong and Subang Jaya regularly. Areas outside this ring carry a small travel fee.
What if my aircon still isn't cool after your visit?
We won't close the ticket until your supply-air temperature reads where it should (around 8–12 °C below your room set-point at the louvre). If something we did doesn't deliver, we come back at no cost inside the 90-day window.
